The Valley League

The Valley League Established 2019

The Valley League was created in 2018 and the first season began June 29th 2019. TVL was a vision founder and president Erick Marfil devised while studying at Lehigh Carbon Community College. Erick a former collegiate basketball standout and lover of the game wanted to bring the Lehigh Valley a high level event that incorporated music, food, basketball, and community engagement without having to travel to the surrounding major cities. The Valley League main goal was to bring back former high school and college stars back to their hometown, and give their family, friends, and supporters over the years another chance to watch them perform close to home. Over the years The Valley League has grown to be one of the premiere Pro-AM leagues on the east coast gaining national recognition on many major platforms such as ESPN, Overtime, House of Highlights, and Bleacher Report. The competition at TVL has been the home of nationally ranked high school, Division 1 2 and 3, Overseas Pro,Euro Basket, NBA G-League, and current and former NBA players. The ultimate goal for The Valley League is to continue to gain notoriety, bring out the biggest stars for our community to have intimate viewing experience, and to be around for years to come!
